External lip on case mouth, how proper chamfering?

If you’re getting much of any lip at all either your cutter is dull or you’re pushing too hard or fast on the trimmer.

LE Wilson makes a good chamfer and deburr tool but I’ve always preferred the Lyman VLD set. I don’t use the big orange handle. I screwed them into some small RCBS handles.

Hello I think my handle pressure are light but I not have a pressure manometer on my hand...:)
So I slow down the rpm of cordless screw driver and make some test

I have a Lyman Vld for the inner but not for the external.

I can confirm that the little tool from Lee for deburring/chamfering are best that the MCJ that work fine only for the inner of the mouth.
