Sharp Shooter Supply. It's called a "Fred Sled". Replaces the installed mag. 
Send them an email telling them what you want.
Or, you can go to a "single shot adaptor". Fits in the bottom of the action and is secured in place with the mag removed.
Make sure you mention it's a "center feed action".

You are correct. If you choose the option and select Savage, another photo appears.
