Cases getting stuck in die?

Read the label...."After waiting for about 1 minute, begin case sizing. After sizing, wipe each case and remove the remaining lubricant".
I thought it dried.....label says "Dries completely in one minute with no mess"
What? IMHO it's more of a mess than Imperial or Royal, especially since they recommend you still have to wipe off afterwards. The aerosol stinks, and I don't like the haphazard manner in which it gets in the case neck.......I don't like to disturb the carbon layer other than a pass with a nylon brush. Not a fan at all.

Like stated before. In my competition 308win. I love Hornady One Shot. Never a single issue. I spray inside case mouth too. Just tumble in media for 20 min after. My rifle shoots well and I'm happy.

I have sized hundreds of RP223 range brass with this lube. Never an issue. But with this LC12 brass we were getting stuck cases. Very strange

One shot definitely speeds up the process. But it doesn't get inside the case necks very well unless you spray excessive lube into the case which opens up another can of worms. If you must use one shot i suggest royal die and case lube and a qtip to lube the inside of case necks.

Lake City brass is the hardest brass made to better withstand larger diameter military chambers.
And Remington brass is one of the softest .223 cases made.

Sized about 300 cases today with my friend on his set up. But we switched to RCBS lube and no issues. Smooth as butter and consistent sizing

Thanks for input

And all you did was change case lubes. ;)

I've had 'success' using 'One Shot' in smaller cases such as 222 or 223, but I've never had success with larger calibers.

Here's my thought: Varminting brass that I'm not worried about picking up, One Shot. Same brass does NOT go into a competition seater, I'll use Imperial on anything I care about.

Brass that I've given names (6.5 Creedmoor, .308, .30-06, 7RSAUM, ok you get the idea) Imperial Die Wax.

That said, I don't even lube my 9x19. I just tumble and use carbide dies.

I used RCBS case lube for 40 years. Decided to try the spray stuff and liked the Dillon lube. Then tried the Hornady One Shot. First stuck case ever. Had it happen a few more times in different calibers. Threw the rest in the trash can. Life is good again.
