If you have a 308 that shoots some brass well but doesn't shoot Lapua.... something else is off. Speed or neck tension. So it sounds like not all brass shoot in every rifle.
The reason I ask the question, I have Lapua .308 on its 12th firing in a HOWA chamber. I have tried 3 different powders, 3 different and different bullets/weights/manufacturers and different primers, I can't get the Lapua to give me consistent results.
Every time, I anneal, full size with 2-3 thou shoulder bump.
Thank you all for replies.
Federal, Lake city, almost anything else can be off at times. Never seen it with Lapua. Lr or small rifle? What are inconsistent results and what range?
