Cartridge caseing tools:

Need some input on preparing brass for reloading. I have a neck turner and Redding dies on my list but need some advice on tools to check neck thickness and runout on loaded rounds. I'm looking at the Case Master Gauging Tool from RCBS which does multiple tasks as compared to the Redding Case Neck Gauge. I figure the Redding will do an excellent job but there's more value if the RCBS is up to the task. Can anyone give me some background experience on these tools? Appreciate the help.

Tell us about your rifle and how you apply it.

You'll need a ball mic, cheap's OK; a Sinclair run-out gauge is preferred to the RCBS tool.
