Can't Find Dies

Lapua40X

Decided to join the trimmed neck club. Order the neck trimmer today and went in search of a Redding Type S, 6BR Norma Bushing Neck Sizing Die. I hit a dead end. Am I looking in the wrong forest?

Give Harrells a call. They can match up a semi custom die from three cases fired from your rifle. I'd go this route before sourcing a Redding die. As you can tell, Redding dies aren't high on my list.

I just got some from Midway. They still have them in stock.

Try these guys, looks in stock, shipping cheaper than Midway.

Maybe you already know this but Redding does not list/sell them under the 6BR Norma name, they are sold as 6BR Remington (basically one in the same). Sinclair has them in stock also.

Thanks for the lead. I'm somewhat nervous about placing an order there because their site lists this statement:

"Shipping charges are not calculated by the website, they are calculated when the order is ready to ship. "

I've been burned before when a vendor tacks on as much as $15 for shipping and handling charges when they could have mailed the stuff in a small $5 pre-paid priority mail box.
I have contacted them. Hopefully they'll work with me.

Thanks, jelrod, now I see it (Redding 71317). Don't understand how I missed it the other dozen or so times I looked for it. :-[

This is good advice and almost same cost and don't worry about shipping charges with Harrells, very fair and great people.

Gunstop is the place for dies in stock. Ordered a 223ai body die and 1 box of Berger bullets last Fri.(4-12) and took delivery on the 19th. Shipping 6 bucks!
