I'm new to reloading the 6BR, I want to use redding components specifically the competition bullet seating die and their FL Bushing sizing die but are the 6BR Norma dies the same as the 6BR Remington dies?

Look at Redding website paying particular attention to part #'s for specific dies and aplication.
I just did the same thing a couple weeks ago.
The difference is in .200 line and neck length.
Try posting an ad in classified for what your looking for.

Special thanks to @maxscm for the Redding FL die w/brass to confirm measurements, and @yukonal for the S type die set w/comp seater.
