snert, I agree with you. It is interesting the our founding fathers used the word, infringement in the Second Amendment. When you really consider the liberal policies that have replaced the conservative policies, each one of them was implemented by utilizing the technique of infringement, and the gun restrictions we have are all traceable to minor infringements.

Make sure your own states Constitution preserves the rights of individuals to own Arms and Ammunition! Along with that, it needs to have a clause that this right cannot be amended without a minimum of 80% vote of their houses, Governor, Counties and Citizens to remove from their Constitution!! As some states have already learned, this Cancer Spreads!
This is something you guys better not wait too long on or you'll lose it too eventually!

Personally I think those in Ca that are considering moving to Oregon may want to rethink that. Major population centers in Oregon are heavily Democratic leaning. Portland! and a number of their Representaives in congress and senate are Democrats! How long will it be before the same experiences replicate themselves in Oregon? Just sayin you better be certain you have some longevity to prosper in your new home state.

When we trained for mass protest response, we here in NY studied Portland! And all the trainers looked around our little town and said it looked like Portland and Seattle in its demographic make-up. Then they told us that now they KNEW where all the anarchist leftists they had to deal with came from! Oregon is not immune, just beautiful.
Beyond a constitutional change at the state level, our ranks should be heavily involved in changing educational policy. When we wonder why the Liberals have had such an easy time, all we need to do is look at our children and realize we gave them away in first grade...what did we expect?

This is a matter of ideology and States' rights -- and the US Constitution leaves leeway, as seen in earlier posts. This argument will be fought, won, and lost in the courts. typing here about liberals as XYZ feels good, but not so useful. #1. support + elect your next candidate/party. #2. Support your lobbyist. NRA works for me. Money = influence, this is the way it is, support those who would aid your cause. Guess you could move to another state. There is a divide of thought -- from those who are "uncomfortable with 2nd amendment rights" vs. those who say the Bill of Rights is THE foundation of our country, paid for in blood by many prior to preserve the hope of a
