California Bummer/BS

I realize that, which is I deleted the post.

If you are interested I can forward the CRPA's "guideline for the industry".

I respect your desire to avoid litigation with this state.

I can assure you I do not like losing my customers. Some of my best customers are in California. People I really like too.

This is bad. All around.

And I have a feeling this will spread. It's part of a larger plan. First they restricted shipping and shippers. Now they move on to receivers.

Sounds like they took a page out of Western Australia’s recently enacted laws…
No components or parts for any firearm can be shipped directly to a consumer…
It MUST be sent to a licensed dealer… Have a spare barrel?
That must be serialised to match the receiver.
And the big one, the one perposed for the entire country now in reaction to the “Bondi Massacre” is a limit {4} firearms to any one licensed firearm owner…
“Some special exemptions” for competion firearms but will be applied on an individual basis and at the discretion of the Firearms Registry…
Not sure if you can even have optics sent directly to you…

That sounds 100 percent like what is coming.

A background check needs to be done on those who move from blue to red states. We definitely don't need anymore liberals in red states.

California sucks, lots of other states suck.

I am just guessing, but I would suspect that the number of people that don't vote that are gun owners or other freedom lovers is nowhere near what it could be. Way too many people out there that don't vote.

I left Colorado 2 years ago next month. I periodically read about that state, it was circling the bowl when I left, its flushed now. I am not an expert on Colorado gun laws, but I believe there have been numerous changes both large and small in the last two years. Yet, all the gun owners I know that live there just suck it up and comply, some I am pretty sure don't vote.
