Unbelievably the 9th circuit court of appeals got it right.

The 9th circuit get overturned nearly 80% of the time. They will probably appeal their own ruling.

Since 2007, the Sixth Circuit had a reversal rate of 80.7 percent. That is the highest reversal rate, followed by the Ninth Circuit with a 79 percent reversal rate.

To my happy surprise, the otherwise liberal court has recently overturned several California gun control laws, citing violations of the Second Amendment. This includes, bans on concealed carry in public places, ammunition background checks and the one gun a month limitation. It is not coincidental that they know the current Supreme Court would overturn any other finding. The Bruen case made it very clear that these end runs around the Second Amendment will not be allowed to stand.
