I'm not lawyer....but if I'm reading this right...good weekend in CA...

The right answer is to split CA up. Under the current proposed plans, Southern California (below and east of LA) becomes a red state too.
What you truly need is for the far left side of the state to fall off at the fault line.
As for Oregon our problem starts at Eugene to Portland up the I-5 corridor

Hunting has to be with copper bullets. No bullet limitations for target shooting.
 
I heard a local shop invested $100,000 in standard capacity magazines to sell while the gettins' good. :-O
 
I’m never going back to that state. Finally was able to jump ship 3 years ago. Only regret is didn’t do it sooner.
 
The decision was “stayed” by Benitez so the state can appeal. But he carved out an exemption for those purchased until 5 pm today while the original ruling was in force.
 
Here is Judge Benitez's "stay" order. It went into effect at 5:00 pm Pacific today.

The decision stands, but the Judge has blocked further sales in CA pending appeal.

From above, page 6: THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Judgment is stayed in part pending final resolution of the appeal from the Judgment. The permanent injunction enjoining enforcement of California Penal Code § 32310 (a) and (b) is hereby stayed, effective 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 5, 2019.
