Bushnell Multi-X reticle question

I'm contemplating buying the Elite 4200 8x32.
I have not look through this reticle but wonder how it is reviewed by those using it.
It looks like the cross-hairs would subtend the target at distant range.
Your comments and impressions please.
Also how big a deal is it to have Bushnell change a reticle?

Go to Bushnell's website. They have several custom reticle choices for the 4200 series that they will install for $55 which sounds very reasonable to me considering the $100+ that others charge.
