Bullet seating

I have found what I believe to be a good seating depth in my .308 at .005 out with 175 Sierra TMK.

If I change powders will this effect the seating depth with this bullet?

I'm thinking no, but I'm not sure.

As long as it's not a compressed load, it won't.

Quite possibly. Do not assume that it will work with a different powder.

What powder are you using ? I would think if it's in the same or close to the burning rate it will be safe but with me using my 308 , everything the same except powders also in the same burning rate . IMR 4064 , Varget and RL 15 . Varget my rifle didn't like , RL 15 & IMR 4064 were very close 4064 was best . Did you try to see if the MK and TMK changed anything ? So my answer to the question your groups will change and maybe for the better . Only one way to find out . Let us know .
