When I was active duty a lifetime ago, I was a certified welder. Before I went in the USCG I was Pittsburgh certified for high pressure piping. In the USCG certified on HY80 HT110-C3 and Navy atomic silver braze. X-ray certified along with NDT. Our field was the jack of all trades in the USCG. I used to moon light at Brown and Root in New Orleans building oil rigs when I was stationed there. After the USCG did not eat any more smoke.Excellent work Sir. Metal fabrication comes easily for me but wood and I have never been friends. I envy your abilities and your eye for detail.
