I understand you use the 300RUM case and neck it up! Is this correct?

Who makes the best brass for this project?

Yes, it's the 300 Ultra Mag necked up with no other changes.

Remington's the only game in town for brass, but doesn't hinder the performance.

you can also use .375 rum brass. norma used to make brass for the .300 rum but dont know if they do anymore

Nosler also makes 300 RUM brass
