P,
FatBoy just put a Brux on his new Millsap-FatBoy action. He should have some data in a couple of weeks.

A couple of my friends have the Brux on their Dashers and really like them.

Ogre,
PM me with your phone number, something is wrong with the phone system over there. I will call them both Tim North and Brux and have them call you.

So far, it looks like it's going to be a good barrel. I've put 70 rounds through my 7mm. I can hardly call it load testing, but it was enough rounds to foul it.

It seemed to do ok. My main issue at the match was elevation, which can be either high SD's, or fouling.

I am hesitant to say it's fouling, as the barrel cleaned up amazingly quick for a new barrel. Five or six patches of GM Top engine cleaner. A few dry patches, Wipe-Out accelerator and a spray of foam. four days soak time, and the copper was pretty much out. I passed a brush through it, and did get some more powder out, so I bet there is a little copper still in the tube but it looks clean to me.

I've read that 7mm's are sensitive to fouling,, so some load testing and a couple additional matches will narrow down the elevation issue.

I'd buy another, and may get a 6.5mm 8 twist on order. You've really got to want it when you order it though. My last one took 9 days from initial phone call to big brown truck.

Shoots beter than I can and cleans easy! A shooting pal has one
