- how long did you have it?
About 2-5 days
- are they refusing to take it back?
Yes
- when did you return it?
Maybe 2-5 days from delivery
- when you say not willing to credit your card, are they planning to send a check?-
At this point no credit has been offered
- maybe it is related to they no longer an AMP Annealer dealer
I would like to get this resolved as I would like continue to buy from Brownells
I've never had any issue with returns to Brownells, but I have only had a couple vs the hundreds of orders I have placed.
