Shout out to Brownells service . I had a gempro 250,bought in 2015. It quit would not calibrate correctly. Called them& explained the problem. They told me to send it to them and sense it is no longer made they would replace it with a gempro 300 for the difference in cost, about 30.00. they even sent me a prepaid FedEx label to return the old scale. That's all good customer service to me.
