Brass sticking in chamber

Update: He has grabbed another new piece of brass and loaded it, fired it and sized it for 4 firings. No issues with it sticking, only difference is he did not anneal any of those firings. Question now is can over annealing cause that type of issue if enough heat was to go down case body ?

I’ve had difficulty extracting from annealing too much. Run Tempilaq 400F down the case body and Tempilaq 750 inside the neck. Only anneal until the 750 changes color.
