Anyone had experience with the Bix’n Andy single stage trigger? Compared to the Jewell?
Do you do any maintenance to your bix?I have 4 of the BIX competition triggers and a bunch of Jewell's. The Bix has a lighter pull but I've also "heard" that there are some reliability issues with the Bix and that there's a lot more in maintenance to keeping one reliable. - I was amazed at the 1 ounce pull and zero "creep" or over-travel in the Bix. - Takes a bit of getting use to, even after using the Jewell BR for years.
Also $385.00 is about double what a Jewell BR costs.

I only have 1, its been through a few rebarrels, I haven’t done a thing to it. Should I?
My jewells need frequent cleaning to run properly.
Thing is - feel doesn’t win matches - tell me that since you switched over - you started to win matches ! Else it’s just a new fad that does not pan out......
I don’t shoot long range and to be honest I don’t really follow it. With that said, how were you shooting and finishing before the Bix trigger?
In the short range game “they” say to shoot XYZ bullets because Tony Boyer does now. Wonderful, he was winning before XYZ.
I have used Jewells for years and have won my share of matches with them and with no trigger incidents.
This post seems facetious but it isn’t meant to be.
