Bisonite pot life

Can anyone give me an idea what the pot life is for the Bisonite steel epoxy? I have read where it is loose for about the first 10 minutes and then starts to turn peanut butter consistency, but, no one says what the working time is. I'll be working in a somewhat cool basement so heat won't set it off prematurely.
