Best repeater action for quick bolt manipulation?

I’m trying to decide which action to use on my next build. I don’t have a “full custom” yet so I feel like I’m missing out. I really want a smooth fast cycling repeater action. Something that doesn’t have a hard bolt lift or want to bind if not worked just right. Dare i say something that cycles like my Sako TRG. Caliber will most likely be 6xc run the 115 DTAC or 6.5 prc.

Trued Remington 700 actions can be incredibly smooth with a good grease like Shooter's Choice. For custom actions, good bets are Borden and Pierce. The Tubb 2000 action has very easy bolt lift.

Just get a second barrel for your TRG. I have one and it’s very smooth. Not trying to talk you out of a new gun, tho! ;) Most of my repeaters are Remingtons and Tikkas. I have one Stiller that’s pretty smooth. I haven’t tried a few that a lot of the tactical guys use. Defiance and Surgeon come to mind. A Kelbly Atlas might be a good choice, too.

I have a Bighorn SR3 which cycles very nice. Better than all my other rifles. I have no experience but i have read on here the TL2 is amazingly smooth.

Sounds like a Tikka or Sako would do the deed, if it were me while the barrel is off I'd have the bolt luggs lapped, and time the action.

Tikka T3 action for the win. Feels like they are running on bearings. For a custom, hard to beat a Borden or a Stolle. Defiance used to bind up pretty good. Maybe they got it figured out. As reported to me by customers I have dealt with. Many good choices out there.:D:D

I actually sent it out to ga precision and had them rechamber it in 6mm creedmoor. I absolutely love it. My one gripe is I like a smooth angled rear but stock for easy elevation adjustment. I haven’t handled many customs but one I have is the deviant. While very nice it did seem to want to bind up. Maybe it’s because it only had about 100 rounds on it at the time.

Impact Precision.
I own several Bighorns (OG/TL2) and will not replace them, but... The Impact is super nice and very, very smooth right out of the box.

I do not think the action is what makes running the bolt fast. That comes from lots of practice. Additionally, the more I compete at a higher level, I have been running my bolt slower. Smooth and 100% is the best results. You are not making up any time, but if you have a feeding issue, you lose lots of time.

I Run Bighorns as well, TL2s very smooth, But I will say my Kelblys Atlas runs a tad bit smoother.
the mechanical ejector takes some getting use to though.
