To answer your followup, I've been impressed with the two Stiller TAC 30's I've seen. I don't know if you'll want a long or short action. Stiller makes both.

You might want to look at the Action Jamie has made up at wolf precision from BAT, Bat Tactical at wolf precision. My son has one in the makes but have not seen it yet, should be really good.
