Didnt they raise prices substantially just a couple years back after being aquired by some social media hunter or something ?

I bought a Long Deviant Hunter in 2022 before the owners change. The price then was $1555. The price on their website now is $1595.

The new owners thought they were giving away the Tenacity on price for the quality of it and finally ran it in the ground by asking too much for it. They make wonderful actions IMO.

If you were shooting a 6 BR case or any of the 308 cases in a Kauger single shot action you don't need any cone at all. It doesn't do anything.

I don’t quite understand their thoughts. My Classic has a pinned recoil lug and an aluminum bolt shroud, this Misfit has the integral lug and looks to be a stainless shroud.

Yes, I think your right. I was on their recently and only noticed the pinned rail.

The OP needs a 700 clone and use was for, hunting, steel and maybe PRS
Any of the better 700 repeater clones will work for you.
Have had a TL2 and a few Origins and work nicely. Very accurate and can change
bolt heads for very little money on the Origin.
My Defiance Deviant is just as smooth as my Bat comp. actions.
