Interview with Erik Cortina.
I picked up a rifle from Billy when he and Bart were shooting at Manatee. I had no fear that Billy was going to shoot me or do me any harm, but that little dog of his was another story.
I think Ebb is referring to T.Y.F.L.O. ( short for Tear Your F@#king Leg Off!)! She was bad to take a hunk out of company. She lived to a ripe old age and passed away peacefully Here in Kentucky.Poor little dog lost the battle against that rattler though.

Jackson was the little fella who scum to the rattlesnake bite. He wasn’t nearly as likely to cut you as Ty. However he was a mean drunk and bit me on more than one occasion when I refused to give him alcohol.

Jackson The Brave
Like you, I met Bart and Billy at the Super shoot 10 or 12 yrs back through a mutual friend. Later on spent some time at their home and am 100% in agreement with you. They believe in sharing information that will help you beat them in a match! Of course the only thing that neither of them could fix for me was the link between the trigger and the stool, but they sure improved my game. Don't want to make Bart's head any bigger but I truly respect and appreciate the both of them... JohnI admire Bart as a fellow competitor and someone who is willing to divulge many of his techniques in putting together a winning combination.
I watched the entire conversation and found it to be loaded with a good old common sense approach to solving the extreme accuracy equation.
The first time I met Bart and Billy was at a NBRSA Nationals some twenty odd 20 years ago. I knew that they were both retired military, to be exact, retired Colonels. As one who was a Draftee, I was pretty apprehensive about sitting down and having a chat with two Field Grade Officers. (If you were ever in the Army, you know what I am speaking of).
After some conversation, I told both as much. Rather jokingly, I looked at Billy and told him about my apprehensions, heck, back then he could have had me shot.
Billy looked at me with that stern expression and said, “I can still have you shot”.
Both Bart and Billy represent what is good in men.
