1.07" out 4 inches. Straight taper to .75 at 26".

Prefit barrels are lighter than shoulder barrels. Because they start out much smaller.

I am curious, at 26" how skinny do you think it would need to be to be not too heavy?

I was looking at a fixed shoulder light sporter contour, close to a #4 from a certain manufacturer, I think 2.5ish pounds was the weight. It was .685 inches at the muzzle, quickly tapered down past the shank then a slight taper to the end

My 6X45 Remage I had made at 26" and it's a #4. Wooster stock comes in slightly under weight. I have a #4 in 6CM sitting in the drawer at home, same length. I'll weigh it.

If you can that will help, especially with the muzzle diameter. Unfortunately, almost every barrel maker has its own contours and #4s are not all the same

If you have a reamer I'll make one. I don't have that reamer.

Reamers are now running between $230 and $280 for a Manson or a JGS. I'm just a guy with a small company making prefits and for me to eat at $280 reamer that takes a lot of barrels. Sometimes I want to put up a notice that says please stop asking me for everything that I don't have haha.
