Oh yea, Redding & Wilson really work fantastic with both my rifles. Both are chambered with same reamer.Redding makes 30BR dies - Are these good to go?

I liked my 700 bench rifle so much I had Zack build me a hunter from my Model 7 Love shooting both of them for sure.Awesome. This should be a fun little weekend gun.
Take a look at Harrells sizing die as well.Redding makes 30BR dies - Are these good to go?
Oh yea all should have it. Mine is from the Robinett reamer with zero free bore.Is a 30BR reamer something the big guys are going to have a print for? I understand zero freebore is the norm?
I would probably go with a JGS reamer as they have Randy Robinett's newest design. Is a 30BR reamer something the big guys are going to have a print for? I understand zero freebore is the norm?
Absolutely Jeff. Try shooting a 30BR at the Group Nationals. As they say up here in Maine, you'd get used some HAAAAARRD.Nope....PPC
Yea Lapua is what I use. I think its better than PetersonThanks! Seems like a fun cult following for this little guy.
Is there a particular brand of brass that is preferred? Lapua I assume?

The Redding dies are good - so long as the chamber reamer cuts a big enough web-diameter @ .200" DATUM.Redding makes 30BR dies - Are these good to go?
Is it correct that you incorporated this change into your new reamer specs? In hind sight, going with a minimum [of at least] 0.472" Dia., @.200" ahead of the bolt-face is a more desirable option. RG
I own 3 different 30BR reamers. One is a true Robinette reamer and the other 2 are totally different and all the barrels chambered with all the 3 different reamers all shoot very well. No difference. It's the person behind the trigger who knows how to tune a rifle, read wind flags and pull the trigger at the right time that counts not the reamer specs. Here ya go folks - for a 30BR reamer, it won't get any better than this.
Simply call, or, e-mail JGS, and order 30BR ROBINETT V2 (for Robinett version 2). Though this may prove neither better, nor worse, than reamers featuring other dimensions, it will certainly prove excellent! If wanting a new 30BR reamer, this is exactly what I'd order.:D No more messing about...forum.accurateshooter.com
No doubt but the Robinett has a ton of history and info on the web which sort of makes it the easy button for those that might want a 30BR.No difference.
Yes.Is it correct that you incorporated this change into your new reamer specs?
very nice groupFinally got a hold of some H-4198 and loaded a few of Bart's 112 for my 30BR built by ODCR (WSMNUT). Although the V V powders do very good I think I may have shot my tightest group so far with it.
