Like the title states, I went to the range for the first time in 14 months this morning and boy do I suck.
Brand new 6BR, sighting in with 105 Bergers 27- 28.5 grains, 1 group was decent the rest were all over, but I think it was mostly me.
Maybe too much anticipation on the shot, but after going through 2 shoulder surgeries it is bound to happen. No shoulder pain as of now, will see in a couple of hours how it feels.
I will push the loads up to 29-30.5 and try again, but not for a couple of days this 90plus degree days is just too hot to be enjoyable.

Good Luck buddy. My shoulder hurts all the time. I shoot 22 rimfire mostly now. I got a sako 22-250 that only weighs 5 lbs. and I can feel it after I shoot it. Doug

I get days like that occasionally as well, and I haven't taken a break from shooting.

My childish joke aside I feel your pain. After 3 recent neck dissections I'm much more recoil sensitive to the point where I'm selling stuff I previously never would've.
