The Drop D3 is what I use and the interface with my phone is great and also with my Strelok Pro. . . .just no wind speed.

I think youll find density altitude and wet bulb your main favorites if you do a bunch of testing. Too bad the kestrel doesnt have both but id take the wet bulb if that was my choice

You can get a little thermometer/hygrometer on amazon for like $8. For pressure, I use the built in barometer on my range finder, but you could also use an altimeter if you don't want to spring for a full on kestrel, which are obscenely overpriced if you ask me. Some phones have barometers built in too, so you don't have to rely on the local weather station.
