And, other than McGowen - who allows you to specify your length and contour - there aren't ready made, finished AR barrels with 1" muzzles.
As mentioned, you can buy a straight blank up to 1.2". Just need to find a gun smith to finish it.
I'd bet Compass Lake Engineering would love to do it.

Balance doesn't seem to be an issue shooting Prone or from a bench.
The 2 ARs are next to a 1.2" 30" bolt gun.
