Thanks, I was hoping their brass is consistent enough to not turn necks. I'm a lazy reloader.I run it in a 284 Shehane. I have a custom reamer which is a .321 neck, .5029 at the .200 line and a .188 freebore which works a charm with Berger 184gr hybrids. Loaded round measures .3165 and I run a .314 bushing but you might want to grab a .313 bushing as well. I don't neck turn either.
Well, that sucks. I haven't cut the chamber yet but it's a SAAMI reamer with extended freebore. Lapua brass has been non-obtainium for years now and Peterson is the only game in town.If your chamber is not machined for the Peterson Brass you will have issues with Clikers.
Its been documented here before.
As Willow mentioned you will need .503 at the .200 line for sure. Peterson Brass is quite stout and that is a good thing but you need to prepare for it or your 2nd firing will be ugly ...at least in my case and my custom reamer has .501 at the .200 line - Cut for Lapua and it was not enough, at least in my case but YMMV..5029 at the .200 line
