Anyone try IMR 4007SSC in .260rem?

Has anyone tried IMR4007SSC in the .260rem with 140grain bullets? Is it any better than H4350?

i knew i would get the wheels turning for you on this one!! too bad scheels or cabelas doesn't sell 1LB cans--at least they didnt the last time i was there.

CF Scheels has it in 1lb containers I believe......and yes you did get the wheels turning....but it doesn't look promising.

Not in the .260 but I use it in the 6.5 Creedmoor. It gives the best velocity with the lowest pressure. I have not noticed a variation due to tempurature either. It is a very good choice for this range of calibers. It seems to be between Varget and H4350 in burn rate.

not in the 260 AI a poor choice, and again in the 7-08 AI gave lower velocity andhigher pressure.

have a half can to figure how to burn up, i use it for fire forming as it has been poor for anything else.
