Have any one noticed how much smoke this powder leaves behind? I shot a couple of ladder tests in my Model 7 7 SAUM yesterday with IMR 4007ssc, XMR 4350 and Norma URP. Every powder had one really good node; however, the light was to sparse for the chrono to work. The 4350 and URP had wisps of smoke only visible at the muzzle, but the IMR 4007ssc generated huge smoke clouds similar to black powder only not near as thick. There was also much more carbon fouling left in the barrel by the 4007. Does this jive with anyone else's experience?
