Berger recommends a 7" twist with their 105...

...but I read elsewhere that a 7.5" twist is plenty fast enough for the 115. The cartridge will be a 6mm XC with a 29" barrel. I'll be rebarreling my Savage 12 Benchrest (again) soon so would appreciate any advice on twist rate that experienced shooters can share. At this point, with nothing in hand, I'll start with Reloader 17 and might try Ramshot Hunter; maybe I can find a great long-distance load without wearing out the barrel.
FWIW, I've assembled all the (limited) reloading data (for 95g. and heavier bullets) I can find into another Excel spreadsheet; this time I've attached it. I've converted all velocities to that from a 29" barrel using Berger's recommended 26FPS per inch.
