Anyone know where to get pelts?

First place I would try is your state trapping club. Most will have salted or dried pelts that not made it to auction yet. Good luck.

Id go trapping. Buying them —mabie The local Fur Takers Club or a local Fur Buyer. Some places there are businesses that remove problem animals.

I only keep tanned pelts through the summer. Even salted, bugs will ruin the hide, unless frozen.

I was hoping to freeze in between training sessions, but have less thaw time than a whole animal.
