Anyone know where to find 7mm/08 brass?

Only one I can find is Nosler and at a inflalted price. I would prefer Remington, Winchester, Federal, Lapua or Norma. i have not had good luck with Nosler brass, anyone used this in 7mm/08?

Have you considered necking down 308 brass? You can do it in one pass.

I have two 7-08 rifles. Never bought 7-08 brass. 308 necks down with no issues. Maybe a second trip through the die to get the shoulder bump spot on.

Not a sources for brass, per se, but normashooting.com has a sale on their ammo. You could buy a couple of boxes of it, shoot it and then have Norma brass.

A hint on on Starline, If the circle next to caliber is green, it is available for immediate shipment. A Brown Circle shows the Brass is in Production, but will show Backordered but can order the brass. If a Red circle, The caliber is not in Production and you cannot order.

Size your 308 brass in a 308 sizer first then again second sizing in your 7-08 sizer for closer oal neck length. Running 308 brass in a 7-08 sizer one pass only, just nets you short necks.

I have read that necking down 308 lapua to 7-08 issue is shorter case. What is the downside of shorter case please. 2.035 vs 2.015 length, give or take.

I just bought some Starline 7mm-08 brass a couple of months ago. I've always been happy with Starline.

Since the Covid ERA ( and, Pre-Hoarding, Days ) I started making, a List of about 15 or so, Suppliers and I have had, NO "problems" finding anything, except Lge Rifle Primers ( at reasonable Prices ).
You just gotta look and Back Order stuff, as it WILL, come In !
IMO, the NAMMO Group, needs to Buy / Build, a Top Line, PRIMER Mfg Business, to go with selling, Berger Bullets & Lapua Brass,.. that, would be,.. Sweet !

The potential for a nice carbon ring, that why I suggested sizing with the .308 sizer first then following up with the 7-08 sizer.
