Killed one in the yard last week and saw 2 just over the fence in the Mayor's drive today. They have been out on State road 80 for years but haven't moved back into the grove and woods till now. A guy down in Boca killed way over 300 in a calendar year.

You got iguanas and we got squirrels. Don't know which is worse but at least squirrels don't fall out of trees when it gets cold outside.

Yes, back in the old country, marinate with lemon, soy sauce and onion... iguana teriyaki... don't knock it till you try it.

Or deep fry them like these. Wuhan province special street food. Ate anything they sold on the streets as long as it's deep fried.

Scald em, peel em and gut em. Not too complicated. In the Caribbean islands, they stew the meat in coconut milk. In Central America the grill the meat for tacos.

Man when i was over there i juuuust about starved to death! Those folks on the street were like artists and people were scarfing it up. I just couldnt do it!

I was on business trips overseas most of my career including expat for 4 years in China, one to adhere to, if you can't drink their water, don't eat the fresh salad on the return flight.

Sampled just about every street food in China, Korea, India, and tapas bars in Spain, never got food poisoning till I ate at a Filipino restaurant in Chandler, AZ.

We have a bumper crop of squirrels this year also. the babies come to the SGD and look in at the wife's mini Australian Sheppard's are they chew the glass trying to get the poor little squirrels. The squirrels are off limits now maybe some time in the future if Biden try's to starve us out. But I think she names the squirrels so you can't eat something that has a name.
