Anyone got a good Iguana recipe?

Ive lived in South Florida since 1957. These kinds of things were never here before . FWC is responsible for the python problem, they were responsible for issuing permits to own a python yet failed to check on the owners. I have heard that the iguanas came off of a ship from south or central America. The property owner behind me told me that the pair I saw in his drive live in a pond on the front of his property. seems as if a search and destroy mission is in order. Maybe Ma will let me touch her 10-22, though in the past she has been very protective of her Ruger. If I pass it off as a mission to protect her Aussie dogs she will be very willing to loan out her rifle. I had another 10-22 that shoot as good as ma's but I traded to a member here for a Glock 21, I was not as wise when younger.
Hurricane andrew, a python breeding place let em get loose.

I loved belize but i stayed out on the caye at night with all the expats. Wish i coulda got involved in some of that local fun
Things have sadly changed but 20 years ago it was the ultimate sea and land playground. Now it is dangerous if one strays off the tourist track.

All the citizens i was around were all really nice but they did tell me to steer clear of the mainland at nite

When it gets cold, the Iguanas become virtually immobile; if they are in tree branches, they can lose their grip and fall.
A 5-10 lb lizard can wreak havoc on your car at 55 mph; might find one in your passenger seat.

Just got back from our second year in the Boca Raton area and put a solid beating on the baby dinosaurs for sure. By far the best way to prepare iguana for the table is, take em to a little place just north of town, the master chef on site will quickly grind them into a paste, then use it in crab traps for blue crab,...go back in a couple days and enjoy the blue crab....mmmmmmKIMG0925.JPG
