I just shot 115 gr Ballistic Tip with H4831 and had great accuracy.
I had a .257Roberts I bought from Herter back in -eek- 1957. I tired of it just before Iwent into the Army. Right after I had served my time another .257 in a 722 walked up and smacked me in the face. Call it faith. I wouldn’t trade it for all the Creedlesses in the world.

Which weight of bullet is best whilst fire forming cases?

The call came late Friday. The Bob is ready for pickup!
Whichever you can get inexpensively. Anything from 75 to 120 will form the cases. Just use a middle charge weight for the standard Roberts of any powder you have. Good way to use up powder you no longer use that way.
