i was thinking about getting a 257 roberts i looked some ballistics and i liked what i saw if anyone could give me ballistics and a price range that would be great thanks

Pick it up. Ya can get a new Ruger 77 MKII,might all be gone) or the Hawkeye for $550 - $600.. And run 100 gr bullets at 2900-3000 no problem.. Rugers are a great deal, the stock trigger is crap tho, but that has not stopped me from having 4 of them..

I have a std 257 and 257 AI and love em, almost the perfect deer rifle combo.
