Any idea on source of this prefit?

Pretty sure the barrel nut is a Patriot Valley Arms (https://patriotvalleyarms.com/barrel-nut-for-savage-remage-barrels/), but others may be making the nuts like that.
Not sure on the barrel as I have not seen one marked like that yet.

Those nuts are on ebay.
The urban rifleman has a similar nut. It looks closer to the one above.
