Anti-seize grease

I use Blue Goop on my Water Jet, that stuff NEVER comes off...... ;D

Do you use it on the lugs too????

I hadn`t thought of using it on my barrel threads, but thanks for the clue.

Phil.

i like to roll my own, so i tried an extreme pressure grease and found it to be TOO thick and the bolt didn't slide smoothly. i now thin the EP grease with kroil until it reaches just the "right" consistency. i clean my bolts completely after each shooting session(solution and compressed air...a lot of nasty crud inside the bolt body) , then a very thin coat on the lugs and obvious rubbing areas on the bolt, as well as the cocking cam. any grease inside the receiver will find it's way into the trigger, so out comes the lighter fluid. i use the stuff on tools and other things that have metal rubbing against metal.
