Another Teslong question

Is there any app out there that will let me to use my Teslong wifi borescope that does not require me to allow the app to view and record pictures, videos and files that are my Android tablet? Mo View and WiFi Image require the permissions, just not comfortable doing so.

I've thought of that and do have an older Ipad that just sits around, still would like to find an app that will allow me to refuse permissions.
I have a HawkEye though.

I use a cheapo Acer small laptop with my Teslong non wifi model. I just plug it into a usb slot, open the camera app on the laptop and click on the 180 icon at the top right of the screen. The screen then shows the borescope picture. No apps downloaded for the laptop, just the camera app it came with.

The request is for the app to be allowed access for taking pictures with the scope and to create files or places to save your photos taken with the Teslong, not for allowing them to take pictures of your files. Without those permissions the phone/computer "shutter" can not activate the app's ability to take those pictures/videos and save them for you.

Same here except I'm running it on black friday chromebook ol lady I mean my lovely wife bought about 3yr ago.

The folks that have the wifi version, do you have trouble with the image freezing up on a regular basis? I have no problem connecting up to my iphone but I'll be scanning alone and the image freezes up. Sometimes for only a few seconds but at other times for much longer. Is there some setting I can enable to stop this annoying feature?

Gave up on finding an American developed app. Isolated an older iPad from the iCloud, deleted all my pics from it, taped over the cameras and microphone and will use it for the bore scope.
Call me concerned but when a device will only run in conjunction with a Chinese app that demands complete access to everything on my device, I become wary.

yes, it needs that access to save images to the device.

edit: I went into settings and turned off “Learn from this app”. That makes it a bit less invasive.
