Annealing - who knew

Lately, I have been testing the theory of vacuuming daily to see if I can stay ahead of the two Labs we have. So far the answer is no, but my sample size is small Jim.
I have done the same research as u on Labs hair under control. Your empirical results confirm my lab tests. The vacuum is taxed to keep up. So the final report in the Scientific American is that lab hair is an accessory or a condiment in our home!
See my sample size below.

I started using the AMP annealer shortly after it was introduced and then upgraded it to use the AZTEC software. I anneal all my brass after every firing, and this has provided consistent results even after 14 firings (6mm BR) and 8 firings (284W). I now use a 7x6.5 PRCW and it is just as good. For example, at the February match at Bayou Rifles, the stats for 25 shots for each of the three relays were: (Speed measured with a Garmin chronograph - cases had 3 firings)

Average: 2926 2927 2929
Std Dev: 4.13 3.95 3.62
