annealing machines

Ok how many of you have built you own annealer like this or another type, flame or induction? Are happy with the results? If you Had it to do over again would you still do it are go a different route
I got the one shown in the youtube video above. I've only used it several times but it seems to be working very well so far.

I kept to my $200 press and $100-200 dies so that I had money for my AMP Mk2. I’m keeping to that choice.

I built mine around the Annie and it works great. Would build again if I wanted a big project over the winter. If I wanted to get it done fast and cheaper, I would build Norm Matzen's glass rod support version for the Annie, simple, elegant, and easy. Post #43 in Original post of the Build.
see Original post of the build

Don’t hate me but I’m still treating annealing like there’s a great big wide window that’s easy to hit, so no need to go high cost. Anneal-rite. Use Tempilaq on a few cases to get your timing down, run a metronome for timing, and take a vacation with the $ difference.

Some like to do the bells and whistles and some like getting the job done.
as long as your brass is annealed it’s up to the individual if they won’t to take The scenic route or just get to their destination. But that’s just my opinion, which means very little other than to me

On a budget, you can't beat the AGS Custom Annealer. The V3 is a wicked nice little unit for a great deal. I've got the V1 and now the V3. I ran thousands of rounds through the V1 and it's still going strong. It's got free shipping and it's fairly quick like within a week.

I am not on any budget. I buy what I want.
