Stiller Precision Firearms in Wylie, Tx, manufacturers the "Viper", which is quite similiar to the Kelbly Panda in it's design and construction.
In the 100-200 yard Competitive Benchrest Arena, these actions are considered about as good as it gets.........jackie

Stiller makes aluminum Vipers and Kobras. Yes they can be just as accurate. There may be other aluminum actions, but the Stillers and Stolle,Kelbly) models are the most prominent.
