AICS mag problem

I have a three round AI mag for 6.5 PRC. It feeds the first round fine, but the second and third rounds nose dive under the feed ramp. What adjustments do I need to make?

I have had luck pulling the spring and follower and bending the spring open a bit more only at the front side of the magazine which should get them presenting more nose up instead of nose down.
