Well there is another war in the middle east, so stock up while availability and prices are decent.

yeah last time i got caught with few primers. im trying not to let that happpn agin

Every armory and a lot of ammo mfg. in the free world are on war footing, making as much ammunition as possible.

it seems like the US would build a giant ammo factory complete with powder and primer production. they would have plenty of over production and sell it off to us handloaders lol

Then there's the current facility making 1.5-1.8 billion rounds a year.

Thanks for the post. I went to my drawer and I was low on large rifle. I bought 5 thousand for now. I’ll see how many I have back in Delaware, when I get there.

5k increments is how I prefer to buy now. (With respect to me buying CCI primers especially)

As that is what the factory outer boxes come in. Last order of 10k 41’s were in two outer CCI boxes and all the same lot number.

Magtech outer boxes come in 5k as well

I prefer to have lot numbers the same if I can help it on primers same as with powders.

ive knownabout LC for long time and have some LC brass Dave. dont think i knew about the expansion. its amazing the production some factorys do. thanks

I am not sure what you are looking for. I purchased some off brand small pistol primers from Republic Ammunication for .04 and they have all went bang but not all the projectiles hit the target. Im sure that is the primer and not the lug holding the pistol..... I purchased some CCI bench rest precision and they were 100$ a thousand but are fantastic primers.
