acceptable measurement standards???

I'm getting ready to start some load development for my 6BR, and have a few questions.

I plan on sorting my bullets based on bearing surface with a Bearing Surface Comparator from Superirior Shooting Systems, and then weight sorting using an Acculab 123.

What kind of acceptable limits should I be looking for???

I have heard/read when sorting by bearing surface that .002" or less is acceptable.

I have heard/read when sorting by weight that .02grs or less is acceptable.

Can anyone share some real world light on the subject for me? What kind of realistic limits do you set while sorting for bench ammo?

Thanks for help,
Bill

Clarification on what I typed in my original question. I meant to type .2grs not .02grs.... fat fingers! ;D

Johnny,

Thanks for the response,

Bill
