My Magneto speed gave me some error codes that weren't in the troubleshooting manual. Wasn't picking up the shots. Second time I've had this issue. Returned it to the factory here in Austin, and today got a brand new unit in return mail, no charge.

Gotta love that Magnetospeed Customer service! Best of the Best.

This Chrony has otherwise been superb from day one. Very consistent, very accurate. Drop charts developed from its data prove very reliable.

I will second this. My Magnetospeed Sporter had and issue. I called, a person answered and took care of everything. They sent a replacement unit with a call tag. Top notch service.

Back when i used one (pre labradar) i never needed the customer service they just work good
